Communication procedures

Tryout process

Volunteer opportunities for parents

Expectations for the season

Equipment needs

Field Directions

Most of our student-athletes have already turned in the proper forms and have a valid physical on file in the nurse’s office. If any forms are still missing, that player will not be allowed to practice on the first day. If you are not sure that your student-athlete’s forms are in, please contact the Athletic Office and we will check our records. As always, please contact the Athletic Office (651-683-1717) if you have any questions or concerns.

We are looking forward to a great spring season.  Thank you for all you do to support your student-athlete.

Many of you have already completed this process for a fall or winter sport this school year, but if you have not, the following process must be completed:

To register for grade school sports the participant/parent needs to fill out and return the Visitation Athletic Consent Form and have a physical on file in the health office.

Click here for all athletic forms.
To register for 7 - 12 sports the participant/parent needs to:

2. Fill out and return the 2009-10 Minnesota State High School League Athletic Eligibility Statement /Parents Permit and Health Questionnaire
3. Have a “valid” “sports clearance” physical on file in the Health Office.

In addition, all 9th Grade students, whether new or returning, must undergo a physical the summer before their 9th Grade year, and have a copy on file in the Nurse’s Office.
